We are looking for a new colleague that will help and support us with smooth daily delivering of facility services. This job opportunity is open for University Student with time flexibility (15-20 hours a week)

As facility we are responsible for daily operation and office maintenance with a broad range of support services for employees that ensure the functionality, comfort and safety in the office.

As a new member of a team you will be responsible for:

  • Admin support to our team members
  • Helping with database maintenance
  • Sorting and filing documents
  • Ordering refreshment for office meetings
  • Preparing catering in the meeting room
  • Support with refilling kitchenette supplies (coffee beans, fruit delivery..)
  • Office present is required (as onsite support is needed)

Our Requirements:

  • Back-office experience is a plus
  • Upper intermediate (B2) level in English.
  • Willingness to cover multiple activities managed in multiple systems.
  • You are flexible and you feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
  • Logical thinking and detail orientation

Offered Wage (gross) 7EUR / hour
