Your role & work environment

In the Marketing & Customer Interactions team we are looking for an energetic, pro-active and experienced Customer Insights Data Analyst helping management in smart analytics-based decision taking.

Through in-depth analytics and data visualisation you will deliver insights and recommendations in the domains of both market and customer intelligence. The goal being to generate high customer engagement with personal, easy, and smart solutions. We aim to have data analytics at the heart of our customer delivery strategy for all Business lines, Retail, Business, Private and Wholesale Banking.

Next to that, you play a key role in building a personalised communication approach towards our customers based on a 360oC customer understanding.

Your key responsibilities

As a Customer Insights Data Analyst, you will play a crucial delivery role in the data-driven culture supporting our strategy, products and services for all segments, Retail, Business, Private and Wholesale Banking.

You will be responsible for delivering valuable insights to improve client experience  and strategic focus by applying the most relevant Analytics techniques.

In addition, your day-to-day job will also consist in implementing the customer centric communication approach in close collaboration with the marketing team.

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of an Agile environment by being a member of a multidisciplinary team of 10 specialists. Your colleagues have a rich background in data analytics, marketing or customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborate closely with Retail Leadership to develop and execute the analytical pillar of the strategy, and deliver the visual analytical supports for decision-making.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets (both structured and unstructured textual data) to empower a data driven strategy within the organisation for all business lines in the bank.
• Targeting customers for marketing campaigns and launching the campaigns via Adobe Campaign Management
• Responding to reporting requirements for all business lines in the organisation that will support business decision taking.
• Contribute to data quality by proactively proposing improvements.

• You have exceptional problem-solving capabilities. You understand that understanding the problem is at least 90% of the solution. You have displayed creativity and tenacity in cracking the problem and transforming this into opportunities.
• Be data-fluent with analytic mindset (SQL, data reporting and statistics; data science based on Python is a plus)
• To be able to influence and convince not only peers but also the stakeholders based on analytical results
• Handle complex stakeholder management and demonstrate organisational sensitivity to consider the dynamics of the environment (both opportunities & constraints)
• Be well organized whilst displaying high flexibility
• Have strong communication & networking skills
• Be tech-savvy & especially in terms of PowerPoint
• Proficient in English and French.
