The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years.

During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank.

In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop you potential in three key areas:

• Banking Skills
• Personal Growth
• Professional Development

In addition to the learning courses, you will attend 2 Global events where all trainees of come together in to learn, network and develop themselves.

Your key responsibilities:

• You contribute by listening to the “voice of the customer” in order to develop a strong vision on how to attract consumers and to continuously improve the existing journeys.
• You help to develop, launch and maintain an attractive product & service value proposition on the market providing the highest customer satisfaction. 
• You work bringing the best experience in the moments of truth and pursuing for innovative solutions. 
• By Having analytical skills, you comprehend, select and analyze data to gather insights that help the decision-making process. You are a pro-active thinker. 
• You contribute with the translation of business needs into requirements for the implementation.

What are we looking for?

• Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies
• Master degree
• Up to 2 years of experience
• Good academic record
• Advanced or bilingual knowledge of both English and Spanish (C1 at a minimum).
• Customer focused and results-oriented person
• Good digital, analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Great organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker
• Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude

El Programa Internacional de Talento de ING es un programa de desarrollo de dos años diseñado para que graduados/as internacionales talentosos/as experimenten tantos roles, lugares, habilidades y desafíos como podamos empaquetar en 2 años intensivos.

Tus responsabilidades clave:

• Contribuir escuchando la “voz del cliente” para desarrollar una visión sólida sobre cómo atraer consumidores/as y mejorar continuamente los viajes existentes.
• Ayudar a desarrollar, lanzar y mantener una propuesta de valor de productos y servicios atractiva en el mercado, proporcionando la mayor satisfacción al cliente.
• Trabajar para brindar la mejor experiencia en los momentos de verdad y buscar soluciones innovadoras.
• Tener habilidades analíticas para comprender, seleccionar y analizar datos para obtener información que ayude en el proceso de toma de decisiones. Ser una persona proactiva.
• Contribuir con la traducción de necesidades empresariales en requisitos para la implementación.
