Too loud. Too much. Too different.
Labels can stick. Sometimes they hurt.
But what happens when you take those labels back and wear them with pride?

This is the idea behind our Pride campaign. Built on real stories from our people, it shows how words once used to limit can be reclaimed and turned into something powerful. Because what some call “too much”, others call courage. Expression. Freedom.

The LGBTQI+ community has long led the way in owning identity and redefining what belongs. This campaign follows that lead and reflects the kind of culture we are building at ING. It also speaks to something beyond the LGBTQI+ community and that many of us recognise: the freedom to define who you are on your own terms.

Why this matters to ING

Pride is not a moment for us. It is a commitment. For more than 20 years, we have stood with the LGBTQI+ community, with our Rainbow Lions network playing an important role in driving inclusion and progress.

We believe people do their best work when they feel seen, heard and free to be themselves. That is the kind of environment we are building every day.
