Specific responsibilities:

Requires moderate proficiency in several aspects of a process that has an intermediate level of complexity.
Provides informal guidance and training to junior staff.
Contributes ideas for process improvements of the team that would result in process efficiency and additional controls.
Performs varied tasks in an environment of an intermediate level of complexity.
Develop intermediate skills to perform various structured routine operational tasks in a standard work environment.
Solve routine and moderately complex problems using existing procedures and solutions.
Familiarity with most of the aspects of a process, products, operating standards and procedures, company culture and client requirements
Works under moderate level of guidance and direction
Very attentive to details
