    Your Tasks

  • You transform ideas into solutions that make our business banking even more attractive, focusing on test automation, test management and release management.
  • As Chapter Lead of your team, you are both coach and captain. In concrete terms, this means that you motivate, inspire, know and recognise personal qualities and potentials, utilise them in a goal-oriented way, and develop your team into a unit that pulls together with heart and hand.
  • You combine operational involvement with administrative skills and plan personnel deployment according to qualifications and expertise – qualities that you constantly promote with appropriate initiatives.
  • Furthermore, you develop our business processes further, take over requirements management, analyse and model across processes.
  • Closely meshed and networked with application development and specialist colleagues, you have governance and regulation on your radar.
  • Last but by no means least, you accompany internal IT tests and are the go-to address in third-level support for really tricky enquiries.

  • Your Profile

  • Degree in (business) informatics, business administration or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of banking / financial services and experience in managing service providers
  • Know-how in ITIL (change management, incident management)
  • Practical experience with Cypress and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of relational databases and public cloud / Azure
  • Methodological competence in project work (classic / agile) and interest in working in a change environment
  • First experience in a leading role and a desire for more
  • Structured, solution-oriented, strong communication skills
  • Curious and willing to learn
  • Very good English, both written and spoken
