Your Day-to-Day

• Understand business requirements
• Understand and work with ING standard frameworks, tools and processes
• Analyse, code, test and deliver stories according to ING standards, Team agreements and working best practices
• Keep technical and risk documentation up to date
• Provide support for consumers
• Share knowledge with the other colleagues.

What you bring to the team

• Tech stack / knowledge:
  • Mandatory
  • Experience in developing applications using:
    • Java SE 11+;
    • Spring Framework & Spring Boot;
    • REST API, Swagger;
    • SQL (eg. Oracle, MSSql;)
    • Kafka;
    • Persistency frameworks (eg. JPA, Hibernate);
    • Test automation;
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, using Agile methodologies and related tools (Jira, Confluence);
  • Familiar with continuous integration & continuous delivery principles and tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Azure DevOps);
  • Familiar with the DevOps concept;
  • Strong delivery track record.

Nice to have

• OAuth2 is a plus;
• Frontend experience is a plus (Javascript, web components);
• Nice to have cloud experience (Kubernetes/Openshift);
• Experience in building applications from scratch is a plus.

Education: University degree in Computer Science, Cybernetics or equivalent through experience (7 years +)

Foreign languages: English (advanced)
