Job Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, managing databases, ensuring IT risk compliance, and overseeing containerized environments. This role is part of the Correspondence squad under the Digital Channels product space and involves close collaboration with development and operations teams. You will report to the Correspondence squad and to the functional IT Area lead of the Digital Channels product space, interacting with various stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Manage and optimize databases to ensure high performance and availability.
• Identify and mitigate IT risks to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Oversee containerized environments, including deployment, scaling, and management.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to track system performance and identify issues.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure and applications.
• Must-Have Skills and Experience
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Proficiency in database management and optimization.
• Understanding of IT risk management and compliance.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
