You will lead multiple teams of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Drawing upon your comprehensive understanding of Pega development principles, you will guide the team in designing and implementing intricate workflows, ensuring scalability, efficiency and adherence to best practices.

You will actively contribute to strategic decision-making processes, providing valuable insights based on your extensive experience. Your role involves not only optimizing Pega applications but also shaping the overall development culture within the chapter.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of extensive and hands-on experience in Pega development
  • Pega Certification: Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) / Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – preferred but not mandatory
  • Expert-level proficiency in Pega and related technologies
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale Pega projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Pega architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Ability to provide thought leadership in Pega best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching abilities, fostering the development of Engineers under his Chapter.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing and a good communicator in general.
  • Experienced in Agile / Scrum / DevOps projects.
  • Have great analytical skills and have a conceptual / architectural understanding.
  • Experienced working in a complex, regulated environment such as a large financial institution
  • Able to bring all ideas/opinions to one conclusion to help make decisions.
  • Up to date with new Technology and have a deep understanding of when to use it.
  • Humble in approach and not afraid to be wrong.
  • Proud of what they do and enjoy sharing this with your external network
