Leads best practice sharing in support of improving QR processing capabilities

Conducts sessions for process alignment, manage issues and 

Helps in building effective global QRS teams in collaboration with leads in each QRS location

Effectively coordinates QR-related information and insights with FC&FP process leads

Consolidates MIS data and data-related insights

Collaborates with operations stakeholders on QR findings (i.e. RAS-impacting findings from 1LOD and 2LOD perspectives)

Supports activities that improves quality scores
