Join our 18-month International Talent Programme in the Retail Banking track—a development-focused journey designed to accelerate your growth into a future leader or expert in customer-centric banking.

  • Commercial mindset: You’re interested in financial services and have a drive to turn ideas into reality—whether through product development, client engagement, or digital channels.
  • Stakeholder engagement: You communicate easily across levels, manage relationships effectively, and bring energy and creativity to collaborative projects.
  • Growth potential: You’re enthusiastic, hard-working, and humble, with international or extracurricular experience and a maximum of two years of professional experience. You’re fluent in English and eager to learn.

Choose Your Path – Explore Our Retail Banking Domains

The International Talent Programme (ITP) in Retail Banking consists of three rotations, each lasting six months. Over the course of 18 months, you’ll explore key areas of customer-focused banking and build a strong foundation for your future career.

Your journey begins with rotations tailored to your interests. You can indicate your preferences for your first assignment, which could include roles such as Customer Journey Expert, Product Owner, Associate or Lending Specialist (Mid Corporate clients).

You’ll work on projects that directly impact our customers—whether that’s improving mortgage transparency, organising events for Private Banking clients, or boosting engagement through social media. Many trainees also choose to go abroad for one of their rotations, gaining international experience.

After completing the programme, you’ll transition into a permanent role tailored to your interests.
