Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Financial Crime Prevention Analyst to join our Financial Crime Prevention Ops Team of Financial Crime Prevention Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to ensure all customer due diligence measures are met during the different CDD events (onboarding, CDD review, etc.), aligned with local and global standards and our way of working requires skills in process monitoring and reporting, teamwork, attention to detail, data mindset, accountability and proactivity.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Financial crime prevention Analyst you will:

- Customer Due Diligence: Be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on new and existing customers to ensure completeness and consistency of customer knowledge.

- Monitoring: Design, establish and oversee effective monitoring framework to ensure proper process performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Reporting: Design and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making.

- Results-oriented: Positively contribute to the achievement of departmental goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

- Experience:

            - at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role with proven expertise in projects, monitoring, and reporting along with CDD knowledge.

- KYC-CDD Know-How: Deep understanding of Customer Due Diligence regulation and practices.

- Education: University Degree.

- Language skills: Fluency in English & Spanish, both spoken and written.

- Team player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, with great communication skills, building solid and productive working relationships.

- Data Mindset: Strong analytical skills and data fluency, particularly with Excel and SQL. Experience with BI apps would be highly valued.

- Problem-solver: Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to tackle complex issues.

- Organization & Resilience: Robust planning, organizational, prioritization and time management skills, maintaining resilience and adaptability to address arising needs.

- Results orientation:  Exhibit a “can do” attitude with focus on achieving set goals, managing complexity and thriving in dynamic environments.

• Customer Due Diligence: Ser responsable de llevar a cabo una due diligence exhaustiva sobre clientela nueva y existente para garantizar la integridad y coherencia del conocimiento del/de la cliente.
• Monitoring: Diseñar, establecer y supervisar un marco de monitorización eficaz para asegurar el correcto desempeño de los procesos e identificar áreas de mejora.
• Reporting: Diseñar e implementar informes y dashboards completos para ofrecer insights accionables que impulsen la toma de decisiones.
• Orientación a resultados: Contribuir de manera positiva al logro de los objetivos del departamento, fomentando una cultura de trabajo en equipo y mejora continua.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Experiencia:
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia profesional en un rol similar, con experiencia demostrada en proyectos, monitorización y reporting, junto con conocimiento de CDD.
• KYC-CDD Know-How: Conocimiento profundo de la normativa y las prácticas de Customer Due Diligence.
• Formación: Titulación universitaria.
• Idiomas: Nivel fluido de inglés y español, tanto hablado como escrito.
• Team player: Capacidad para colaborar con equipos cross‑functional y stakeholders de todos los niveles, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y construcción de relaciones de trabajo sólidas y productivas.
• Data Mindset: Fuertes habilidades analíticas y fluidez en datos, especialmente con Excel y SQL. Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia con aplicaciones de BI.
• Problem-solver: Capacidades avanzadas de análisis y resolución de problemas, con habilidad para abordar cuestiones complejas.
• Organización y resiliencia: Sólidas competencias de planificación, organización, priorización y gestión del tiempo, manteniendo resiliencia y adaptabilidad para atender necesidades emergentes.
• Orientación a resultados: Mostrar una actitud “can do”, con foco en el logro de objetivos, gestión de la complejidad y capacidad para prosperar en entornos dinámicos.
