To support our growth ambitions, we are reinforcing our central teams to better serve our Private Banking clients. These clients typically have substantial financial assets and expect a highly personalized approach, deep financial expertise, and meaningful engagement throughout their banking relationship.

You’ll join a dynamic and creative team of experts committed to building a strong Private Banking brand and delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients.

Your Role: Manager Content & Communication
As Manager Content & Communication (GJA18), you will lead the development and execution of our marketing and communication strategy for ING Private Banking. You will:

• Define and implement a content and communication strategy that strengthens our brand positioning and drives client engagement.

• Inspire and guide customer journey experts and content creators to deliver impactful, customer-centric content — working closely with the Group Center of Expertise Communication & Brand to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency

• Design targeted communication frameworks to support cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, enhance sales activation, and improve client retention.

• Translate strategic objectives and market insights into impactful marketing plans and campaigns.

• Manage the client events calendar, ensuring alignment with acquisition and loyalty goals.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Tribes, including Commercial Support, Value Proposition Managers, and Private Bankers.

What Makes You Successful
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong background in marketing and communication, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex environment.

• Has proven experience as a people manager, with the ability to lead a team and deliver results.

• Is a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality

• Has experience in content marketing, storytelling, and social media strategy.

• Is comfortable working with data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance.

• Communicates fluently in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).

• Brings a positive, pragmatic mindset and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
