A day in the life of a Data Analyst at digital sales

  • Align with business stakeholders to understand and challenge their needs and requirements.

  • Define a suitable analytical approach to achieve a solution that fits the business need. This is then communicated in a clear and transparent way to the stakeholders.

  • Present outcome of the analytics delivery in the form of business focused insights and/or relevant dashboards.

  • Contribute to the analytical community by sharing learnings and working on side-activities linked to craftmanship and tooling development.

  • Academic background in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or alike, and/or equivalent experience of 3 years.

  • Past professional experience in analytics related role.

  • Technical skills in analytics leading to past successes. Such as experience with SQL, SAS eguide and SAS CI 360, dashboarding and data visualization with Adobe analytics, Cognos and PowerBI. Knowledge of Python is a plus.

  • Strong independence and drive to take ownership on tasks assigned: you will be cultivating the proactive contact approach within the bank to help us in the journey to being data driven

  • Be analytical: extremely curious, constantly looking for an explanation; analyzing sharply, concise & to the point.

As a Data Analyst in digital sales, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Play a crucial role in understanding and improving the customer experience to drive our digital commercial retail results for primary mobile growth.

  • Your banking knowledge, technical & analytical skills and soft skills in managing and presenting projects.

The digital sales scope

You hierarchically report to the Personalization product lead, but you’re assigned in one of the digital sales squad. Together with CJE’s of your squad you help to monitor and advice on the complete digitalization landscape.
