Your  mission

ING is looking for driven IT Risk & Security Integrator, with a focus on processes, quality and automation, to work for Financial Markets tribe.

The in-house built high-performance pricing systems and interfaces, together with the vendor-built trading/quoting systems, time-series databases and complex event processing engines are key platforms for the real-time low-latency landscape in FM domain.

From this role, you will act as an Stream Lead focusing on:                    

  • Drive changes/decisions in the Risk Framework for the tribe
  • Create best practices, templates for evidencing, standardize response for regulatory inquiries
  • SPoC for new IT Risk & Security initiatives and programs (e.g. Risk Paradigm shift)
  • Involved in the automation of IT Risk work
  • Risk reporting, control, and support/advice at the tribe level
  • SPoC towards Tribe CRT’s, 1st and 2nd line, CISO, SecOps, etc
  • Optimizing risk work, identifing improvement areas and advice on solution

Your Day-to-Day

Your primary mission is to help the squads to implement IT Controls and to prove the controls are implemented effectively:

  • ensure we are in control of our risk appetite
  • define and document adequate risk processes and collect the evidences in regards; make sure that the different risk parties agree with the evidences
  • responsible for creating documents and project management requirements or specifications
  • provide documentation support to the technical team; interface with opsrisk  engineers to define the specifications
  • liaison between the team and other IT Risk professionals
  • understand the need for security and apply it using the existing framework; constant communication about changes
  • participate in automation program for process and evidence for IT risk
  • show proactivity and flexibility, come up with plans of action and adapt approaches if necessary
  • understand the corporate climate and culture and act as an ambassador; IT custodianship/asset owner role.

What you’ll bring to the team

Experience: 5 years expertise in IT Risk & Security (or equivalent)

Knowledge:

  • Mandatory:
    • Ability to understand the risk processes in IT environment
    • Good communications skills
    • Comprehensive  knowledge about Risk & Security frameworks
    • Aptitudes to produce documentation and coordinate big projects
    • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Nice to have:
    • Knowledge of Agile methodology
    • Experience as Information Risk manager

Foreign languages: English (advanced)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an IT related field.
