Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Business Expert that can help us develop new customer features, seamless customer processes and new enablers to be faster in future developments, in the Easy Financing Tribe, (personal loans and credit cards).

The responsibility of this team is to provide the best solution for Customer processes considering market behaviors and needs, regulations, costs reduction and user requirements, delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. Making things happen, helping others be successful, always being one step ahead—that’s our DNA.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Business Expert, you will:

• You are part of thedelivery team to define functional requirements, participation in testing and support before the Go-live.
• Lead discovery phase of the new process to implement, liase with key stakeholders (technical and non-technical) for requirements definition, collaborate with different areas to define technical solution to implement, and align all the key stakeholders to ensure meet deadlines.
• Identify risks and dependencies that can appear among the project execution.
• Be aware of industry and market trends, bring new ideas to scale up our business
• Analyze data to extract operational information for decision-making, create reports for Operations areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc..). Analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
• Have a data mindset, you observe what happens around you and what we are building and challenge or adapt if we are not going in the right direction, building reliable business operations and services, and for connecting it with internal or external parties.
• You work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.
• Work in Agile teams, focusing always in delivering value to our customers in a fast way while continuously improving the way we work.
• Be also an active member of a Chapter supporting in improving the way of working and where you work on your craftsmanship.
• Be a team player. You are actively involved in the maintenance, development and realization of (new) services & functionalities. As an expert, you will deliver all the necessary business know-how and skills within the Squads to realize the shared Tribe purpose.

• Master or bachelor’s degree around 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Customer focused and results-oriented person.
• Strong English is a must have. Ability to work at an international level

• Deadlines Management: Efficiently managing time and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Engaging and managing stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomes.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills enable to address challenges and obstacles that may arise
• Tech: Although not mandatory, some technical knowledge to facilitate effective communication and understanding between the Product Owner and the development team. With knowledge of core banking systems and process.
• Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker
• Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude.

Estamos buscando una persona con talento y entusiasmo para el puesto de Digital Business Expert que pueda ayudarnos a desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades para clientes, procesos sin fricciones y nuevos habilitadores que nos permitan ser más rápidos en futuros desarrollos, dentro de la Easy Financing Tribe (préstamos personales y tarjetas de crédito).

La responsabilidad de este equipo es proporcionar la mejor solución para los procesos de clientes, teniendo en cuenta los comportamientos y necesidades del mercado, las regulaciones, la reducción de costes y los requisitos de los usuarios, entregando desarrollos de alta calidad basados en Metodología Agile. Hacer que las cosas sucedan, ayudar a que otras personas tengan éxito, estar siempre un paso por delante: ese es nuestro ADN.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como Digital Business Expert, tú:

• Formas parte del equipo de delivery para definir requisitos funcionales, participar en pruebas y dar soporte antes del Go-live.
• Lideras la fase de discovery del nuevo proceso a implementar, te relacionas con personas clave (técnicas y no técnicas) para la definición de requisitos, colaboras con diferentes áreas para definir la solución técnica a implementar y alineas a todas las partes interesadas para asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos.
• Identificas riesgos y dependencias que puedan surgir durante la ejecución del proyecto.
• Estás al tanto de tendencias del sector y del mercado, aportando nuevas ideas para escalar nuestro negocio.
• Analizas datos para extraer información operativa para la toma de decisiones, creas informes para áreas de Operaciones (MicroStrategy, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Analizas evoluciones, tendencias y volúmenes buscando mejoras que aumenten la satisfacción de clientes y la eficiencia en costes.
• Tienes mentalidad orientada a datos: observas lo que ocurre a tu alrededor y lo que estamos construyendo, y cuestionas o adaptas si no vamos en la dirección correcta, construyendo operaciones y servicios fiables, y conectándolos con partes internas o externas.
• Trabajas con personas de Risk, Compliance y Legal para asegurarte de que nuestros productos y servicios cumplen con la normativa y las políticas.
• Trabajas en equipos Agile, centrándote siempre en entregar valor a nuestras personas clientes de forma rápida mientras mejoramos continuamente nuestra forma de trabajar.
• Eres también miembro activo de un Chapter, contribuyendo a mejorar la forma de trabajo y desarrollando tu especialización.
• Eres una persona orientada al trabajo en equipo. Participas activamente en el mantenimiento, desarrollo y realización de (nuevos) servicios y funcionalidades. Como experta/o, aportarás todo el conocimiento y habilidades necesarias dentro de los Squads para lograr el propósito compartido de la Tribe.

• Máster o Grado y alrededor de 5 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos complejos.

• Habilidades de gestión de riesgos: identificar riesgos potenciales en un entorno offshore e implementar medidas para mitigarlos asegura una ejecución más fluida del proyecto.
• Gestión de plazos: administrar eficientemente el tiempo y las fechas límite para mantener el desarrollo en curso y entregar el producto dentro de los plazos previstos.
• Gestión de stakeholders: involucrar y gestionar eficazmente a las partes interesadas para lograr resultados exitosos en el proyecto.
• Resolución de problemas: habilidades sólidas para abordar retos y obstáculos que puedan surgir.
• Tech: aunque no es obligatorio, se valora conocimiento técnico para facilitar la comunicación y comprensión entre el Product Owner y el equipo de desarrollo, así como conocimiento de sistemas core bancarios y procesos.
• Pasión por la innovación, las nuevas tendencias del mercado y visión de futuro.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, tomar iniciativa y hacer que las cosas sucedan con actitud proactiva.
