Overview

ING Hubs Philippines is looking for an AI / Copilot Studio Developer to help build and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, quality, and employee experience across the organization.

Working closely with business stakeholders, process experts, and fellow developers, you will support the delivery of AI and automation initiatives using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related technologies. You will play an important role in turning ideas and business requirements into practical solutions that create meaningful business outcomes.

What You Will Do

·       Build and configure AI agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.

·       Develop prompts, conversation flows, and knowledge-grounding approaches that enhance user experience and solution effectiveness.

·       Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, connectors, and APIs.

·       Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization activities.

·       Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements based on business and user feedback.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into workable solutions.

·       Contribute reusable components, templates, and development best practices.

·       Stay informed on evolving AI technologies and emerging industry trends.

·       Support responsible and effective AI adoption across the organization.
