About the Role

We are looking for a high-potential medior professional to join the CEO Office as a Business Management Associate. In this role, you will support the Business Manager and CEO Office in governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities. You will gain exposure to senior management topics and develop your business management skills through close coaching, hands-on experience, and involvement in cross-functional initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Bachelor’s with analytical background like Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics etc. (Master’s degree will be a plus),
• Previous experience in business management, strategy, consulting, project coordination, analytics, or a similar area is a plus; exposure to CEO Office or executive office environments is an advantage
• Experienced in reporting and documentation, capable of preparing reports for senior management and taking clear, well-structured notes
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in international environment
• Solid knowledge of project or program management, with a proven record of leading projects in complex organizations being a plus
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; data visualization tools a plus.
• Excellent team member with an ability to clearly communicate at all levels of an organization in a collaborative and non-hierarchical environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
