The mission

Our tribe Global Customer Data Management (GCDM) contributes to the ING strategy by delivering customer data services as part of our OnePAM platform. These services can be directly integrated into the mobile, web and assisted channels of our consuming entities: ING Retail banks, Business banks and Wholesale bank.

We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert to join our feature squad responsible for delivering Permission and Approval solutions.

  • Permission: the authorisation of ING Customers and ING employees to perform online banking activities in different channels (e.g. Mobile, Web and Assisted) is supported by a Permission engine, which calculates the permission of customer (and employees) on each activity based on customer data and static configuration services.

  • Approval: for certain online banking activities, ING customers need to approve the action (e.g. a payment request). How and what to approve is determined based on our customer data and static configuration services.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyse the business requirements of new features for the Permission API. Create functional designs using our personas reflecting the new functionality that is expected from the Permission API and work closely together with the squad engineers to deliver.

  • We are looking for someone with drive and structure to deliver from concept to execution.
