The team

ING Analytics is a unit responsible for realising ING’s vision to become a data driven digital leader, creating measurable value for ING and its customers through world class analytics products and services. We support ING’s enabling priorities aiming to provide our customers with seamless digital services, to use scalable Tech & Operations, to keep our customers’ money and data safe and secure, and to unlock our peoples’ full potential. Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic Communication intern to work closely and make it happen together with our Communication lead. 

What tasks you will do:

· Collaborating on the development and implementation of the yearly Communication Plan

· Creating and distributing online content in the form of articles, videos, podcasts, posts, newsletters via multiple internal and external communication channels

· Creating graphic design projects for presentation decks, marketing kit, videos, and events (posters, banners, print)

· Communication of events and management of live broadcasts via online platforms (StreamYard, YouTube)

· Tracking and analyzing performance metrics from communication channels. Creation of smart dashboards for reporting

· Collaborating with team members (project managers, UX designers and researchers, data scientists and engineers) to manage content

· Aligning communication efforts with other ING teams and departments (PR, Corporate Communication, Branding)

This is your opportunity to outline the skills and experience needed for the role.

· You have completed the last year of your bachelor or preferably master studies in Corporate Communication, Marketing or relevant field

· You are a capable content writer (portfolio of work would be a strong advantage)

· You are eager to learn, diligent, and result driven (“get things done” mentality)

· You are an expert in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software and have a well-developed graphic design knowledge (portfolio of work would be a strong advantage)

· You have excellent English language skills, both verbally and written

· You are familiar with the use and messaging on social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube) and business applications (Outlook, Teams)

· You are familiar with Podcasts/Video editing and relevant tools

· You are creative, proactive, and eager to come up with new propositions

· An advantage would be to have an interest in Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data

Preliminary requirements:

· Applicants will need to be registered as a student with an educational institution for the entire duration of the internship

· Please note: to do an internship at ING, you must be either an EU national or a non-EU national enrolled in an educational institution in the Netherlands
