Apply now

As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our Business Banking products — making them intuitive, personalized, and efficient. Working closely with product owners, designers, and customer journey experts, you’ll design and implement innovative solutions while continuously improving existing features. You’ll uphold high standards of code quality through code reviews and robust testing practices. Beyond the code, you’ll identify opportunities to improve how we work — developing strategies that boost team efficiency, streamline workflows, and strengthen the scalability of our frontend systems. We believe in ownership and trust you to take responsibility for your work in a culture that values autonomy and collaboration.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing user interfaces and products integrating seamlessly with our Backoffice system using frontend technologies (web-components using lit-html).
  • Uphold a high standard of code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Keep the different libraries up to date and maintain the frontend applications.
  • Contribute to improving the quality of the frontend applications.
  • You keep your colleagues up to date, leave no questions regarding regulations and security unanswered, and emphasize the importance of constructive and appreciative exchange

What you bring to the table:

  • Several years of professional experience in frontend development, with a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Curiosity for how frontend technologies work — from rendering and accessibility to browser behavior and architecture, even without a formal CS degree.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as Lit, React, or Vue is a plus.
  • A habit of writing clear, consistent documentation that supports both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and abstraction skills, with the ability to break down complex problems.
  • Good understanding of data flow and component communication, along with testing practices from unit to end-to-end.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, structured working style, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines, scripting, and Bash is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
