We are looking for a driven and experienced Management Assistant for the Head of Financial Crime Prevention. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, discretion and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities.

Context:

  • Within Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) we see it as our purpose to stay ahead in preventing financial crime and to demonstrate our gatekeeper role to the financial system, covering the full scope of anti-money laundering and countering terrorist financing during the client life cycle.
  • This includes customer onboarding, periodic and event driven reviews, name screening, pre-transaction screening and transaction monitoring.
  • We are moving from operations risk management to an intelligence-led organisation, by using data, information and insights to make decisions.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Department Lead, including schedule management, organising meetings.
  • Taking care of the administrative handling of new staff, transfers, leavers, expense management.
  • Drafting correspondence and maintaining effective communication channels, including creating stakeholder communications.
  • Plan and coordinate (corporate) events, managing logistics and liaising with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organise and maintain confidential files, documents and databases, ensuring accessibility and security.
  • Coordinate office services, such as IT/helpdesk, personnel etc.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, clients and colleagues, representing our department in a professional manner.
  • Address and resolve issues effectively, exercising sound judgement and discretion in decision making.
  • Provide ad hoc support as required for unforeseen tasks outside the normal scope. Assist in the execution of special projects, from research and planning to execution and follow-up.
