Your work environment

Within the Digital after sales team we are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert, who’ll help us to develop outstanding experiences and content, so that our clients feel empowered to make sound investment decisions.

Your main responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends & evolutions, identify opportunities and activate findings.
  • Develop and implement go to market strategies for (new) products and services, including the definition of unique selling points and market positioning.   
  • Develop and monitor promotional and commercial campaigns for our investment products, including incentive schemes.
  • Manage campaign briefings and steer Above the line campaigns for investments
  • Be the first entry point and main interface between the product tribe, the Digital Sales colleagues, the segment tribes (Personal and Private Banking) and the Center of Expertise Marketing and communications.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that can help drive traffic, improve conversion and increase sales for offline and online sales flows and lead all projects to a successful outcome
  • Manage investment pages on open website and in app, in collaboration with digital sales
  • Support the development of personalized and engaging messaging for our clients, across multiple channels:  in the ING-Banking app, via e-mail, through IDA…

What we are looking for

You have an innovative mindset and are interested in new technologies? Speaking of investments, funds, actions…  gets you going? Great! Then you might be the person we are looking for!  

Your profile:

  • Bachelor and/or Master degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A passion for storytelling and a creative approach to content creation
  • A deep understanding of investments
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • A few years of experience in (digital) marketing is a plus
  • Good analytical skills
  • NL-FR-ENG: sufficient skills to communicate orally and in writing in these 3 languages
  • You are familiar or can quickly familiarize yourself with digital programs and techniques: SEO, SEA, CMS, Emailing programs, UX principles, Adobe analytics...
  • A positive and pragmatic mindset and a good team spirit
