About the Role

We are looking for a technically polyglot Full-Stack Developer to join our Customer Data team. You will be part of a high-impact environment where reliability, scalability, and cross-departmental collaboration are key. Our systems handle critical customer data across multiple business domains, with a strong focus on risk management, resilience, and performance. You’ll work with modern technologies including Kafka, Cassandra, Oracle SQL, CQRS, Axon Framework, Angular, and lit HTML, and contribute to both backend and frontend development.

• Design solutions that fulfill complex business requirements. • Code smart, efficient, and resilient applications using Reactive programming principles.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and integration.

• Continuously learn and share knowledge, embedding best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements are:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or IT. • Certifications and/or proven proficiency in software development.

• 8+ years of experience in Agile IT projects.

• Strong expertise in: - Java 21, Spring Boot, Kafka, Maven - Reactive programming (e.g., Project Reactor, RxJava) - CQRS pattern, Axon Framework - Cassandra, Oracle SQL - Angular, litHTML

• Familiarity with: - CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps - Monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus

• Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python) and a strong willingness to learn new ones.

• Awareness of: - Security & IT Risk - Resilience patterns • Excellent communiication skills in English (written and spoken)
