Project Manager/Change Expert IV – Tech BE - CIO office

Your role and work environment

As a Change Expert VI, you will be a crucial part of our CIO Office, which is at the heart of driving forward-thinking strategies and operational excellence for our Tech department. We enable our local tech teams E2E in the execution of our strategy, connect tech to all of our internal colleagues, as well as being the bridge towards the global tech departments.

Main Goal: Take up a PM role, where you are the driving factor and linking pin between all stakeholders in tech and in business. You ensure that there is a shared vision for your project in line with our overall strategy, get all parties alligned around a plan, drive and push the execution, report on progress and issues.

You are part of a team of PM that all share in a role in driving our Tech strategy.

Projects van varie from regulatory projects, with an overall scope, to Tech specific projects around Innovation, Sustainability....

Your key responsibilities

Project Identification

  • Define together with Tech and business stakeholders the goal and end state

  • Create roadmaps, milestones...

  • setup reporting and governance to report on status

  • Ensure that all elements related to capacity, budget, ... are defined and planned for

  • Plan and lead information gathering, analysis, stakeholder consultations, and establish project outcomes.

  • prepare data end steerco updates

  • ensure allignement with QBR process

Central Point of Contact and Partnership:

  • Serve as the central point of contact (SPOC) for stakeholder local and global, in Tech and business

  • Collaborate with the Expert Lead and colleagues inside our team

Flexibility:

  • As central team, we coordinate and allign many stakeholders. As a change expert, you are asked to evolve with them, changing WOW if needed.

  • You have a relevant experience in stakeholder management 

  • You are fluent in English

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience

  • You collaborate and influence, fostering cooperation across teams and driving alignment on shared objectives.

  • You communicate with impact, engaging stakeholders with clarity and confidence, whether internally or externally.

  • You act as a reliable SPOC, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across teams

  • You manage projects effectively, identifying, managing, and controlling project-related changes.

  • You explore and innovate, investigating technologies and best practices to enhance customer experiences.

  • You demonstrate commitment and dedication, always striving to exceed expectations and achieve excellence.

  • You adapt with ease, managing shifting priorities and thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • You lead and coach, inspiring colleagues and guiding them to reach their full potential.

  • You take ownership, driving initiatives to completion and always seeking to make a meaningful impact.
