A day in the life of a Team leader Private Banking

  • You coach a local team of around 10 private bankers.
  • You represent the ING Private Banking organization locally, both internally and externally.
  • You are steering the synergies with other departments and segments from your area with a focus on statutory agents and personal banking
  • You are responsible for the commercial performance of your team.
  • You manage a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the results of your team.

  • Proven experience as a Private Banker or in a similar client-facing wealth management role is required
  • You have a strong anchorage in the local life, and you enjoy creating new relationship to create business opportunities.
  • You have excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • You are result-oriented and have a strong commercial drive.
  • You have a change mindset.
  • You are French and Dutch speaking, with a good knowledge of English.

The team

The private banking team in Centre is actually consists of 34 Private Bankers, 12 Portfolio Managers, 10 Sales and Services Officers , 3 teams leaders and 3 Wealth and Analysis planners, all contributing to commercial success and Customer Satisfaction.  The team is integrated in a global team of around 300 persons in Belgium, as part of our Universal Bank. ING Private Banking is managing the assets of 30.000 families in Belgium.
