Doorheen het volledige traject werk je aan een strategisch businessproject dat als rode draad dient
tijdens de verschillende rotaties. Je bekijkt Business Banking vanuit verschillende invalshoeken en stelt
je inzichten en aanbevelingen voor aan het managementteam. Een mentor ondersteunt je
ontwikkeling en helpt je om je netwerk binnen Business Banking uit te bouwen.
Na succesvolle afronding stroom je door naar een functie waarin je jouw talenten verder kan ontwikkelen
binnen Business Banking.
Ben je iemand die:
• sterk klantgericht is
• ondernemend en gedreven is
• energie krijgt van resultaten realiseren
• analytisch sterk is
• impact wil maken voor ondernemers
• graag samenwerkt met experten en teams
En heb je ook:
• een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een
economische richting
• een sterke interesse in de financiële wereld en
ondernemerschap
• maximaal twee jaar werkervaring
