Mission

Your mission will be to actively contribute to preparation of the financial and statistical periodical reports of the bank to local authorities and group. We are looking for a motivated candidate with a good knowledge of financial reporting and banking products.  Success requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a willingness to learn and grow.

Your day to day

  • Timely and accurate preparation of the financial and statistical periodical reports to local authorities (NBR, MoF, NSI)  and group in accordance with instructions, policies and procedures issued by Group Finance
  • Preparation of analytical review of the reports in scope and cross-reporting reconciliation (Local - Group Reporting);
  • Ensure quality and consistency checks among various financial/statistical reports prepared in the department based on a very good understanding of the entire reporting framework (norms, regulations, trial balance content, reporting requirements); act as a subject matter expert on the reporting area (processes and systems);
  • Participation in the change projects together with Change and Data Tribe; test and check system functionality of modified/newly developed products; perform user acceptance and other tests.
  • Active participation in implementation of processes improvements in own area
  • Apply the relevant control framework in order to ensure compliance with minimum standards and SOX;

What you bring to the team

  • +4 years’ experience in the financial reporting area in banking industry or audit/consulting experience in financial services
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements and relevant NBR/ EBA norms and regulations;
  • Very good knowledge of banking products;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and in reporting tools;
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively with various internal counterparties;
  • Able to work with a wide variety of sources data in a complex and dynamic systems architecture;
  • Organized, analytical mind and detail oriented;
  • Good written and verbal communications skills in English;
  • Performance driven, open for continuous learning and open to new challenges
