Your main day to day

  • Designing and standardizing all the reports that have as business ownership the HR department;
  • Creating and submitting, within deadline, of the monthly, quarterly and annual reports as well as ad hoc ones specific to the HR department and aligned with local and global standards;
  • Checking the accuracy of the data contained in the respective reports and aligning them with local and global requirements;
  • Collecting, analysing, reporting and generating insights from the respective data to inform and equip leadership and other business owners with solid evidence, to support their decision making;
  • Developing data-based analysis to support the creation of opportunities to improve flows, processes or employee experience in the company;
  • Being in contact with the main stakeholders from HR, Finance department and Business teams, but also with the global teams in the area of reporting and data analytics, to verify and align the data provided and analysed;
  • Questioning the data requirements, understanding the flow of the data and its relevance for key stakeholders, challenging when appropriate and ensuring that the data reaches the recipient safely and with 100% accuracy;
  • Developing and/or participating in the implementation of systems that digitize the collection, processing and analysis of data;
  • Designing and applying relevant controls to ensure compliance of the processes and data with the minimum standards;
  • Being responsible with respecting the legal and organizational norms and standards related to the protection of data;
  • Creating and/or revising the guidelines and procedures related to reporting & data analytics area and providing input on those from other HR areas, when appropriate;
  • Has an appetite to continuously improve and innovate the ways to report data and facilitate the user experience with the provided information, as well as getting better insights;
  • Does research on topics of interest, related to local and global labour market, economic trends and feeds HR leadership / business management with relevant information, sustains presentations as appropriate;
  • Gives support and advises HR, leadership and business colleagues on correct interpretation of data and efficient usage of HR system (Workday) for reporting and data management purposes;
  • Has an active participation in local and global projects as with impact in own areas or related.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Education: University degree / Masters;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of solid, hand-on experience in HR reporting/data analytics/financial analysis/ HR controlling;
  • Advanced knowledge all MS Office pack, excellent usage of Excel in particular, knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Power Apps is desired;
  • Experience in working with HR Workday is considered a plus;
  • Experience in a tech company is considered a plus;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Great presentation skills;
