Mission

We're looking for someone to take the lead in shaping and aligning mobile-first strategies that support our Retail Sales division’s goals. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for developing smart, customer-focused digital sales tactics that not only follow our internal policies but also push the boundaries of what great mobile retail experiences can be.

Your mission? To boost commercial performance and enhance the customer journey by working closely with teams across the business. You'll help streamline processes, share best practices, and ensure our digital sales approach is always one step ahead.

Your day to day

Strategy & Innovation

  • Lead the improvement of our products and in-app experiences by gathering insights from the market, and global teams.
  • Ensure best practices are tailored to meet both Retail Banking goals and customer needs.
  • Help shape the commercial strategy for the Retail business and grow the impact of digital sales channels.
  • Play a key role in developing and executing our mobile-first strategy.
  • Own the achievement of KPIs for digital sales and continuously optimize the lead generation and acquisition funnel.

Commercial Impact

  • Bring our Unique Selling Proposition (USP) to life to attract and engage customers.
  • Collaborate on defining clear sales strategies, pricing, and acceptable risk levels for your segment.
  • Support the creation of campaigns and standard USPs across sales channels to meet business goals.
  • Set and track sales targets in partnership with the Retail Sales team—and make sure we hit them!
  • Keep campaigns aligned with strategy, marketing, product, and sales teams, adapting quickly to new opportunities.
  • Help roll out new products and services across all channels with the right workflows and support.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between internal departments and digital sales, ensuring smooth two-way communication.
  • Share feedback on how competitive our products and services are, and how well strategy changes can bring opportunities.
  • Promote best practices in sales and promotions using our internal tools and platforms.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously improve existing products and processes to boost performance.
  • Develop tools to track sales efficiency and commercial success.
  • Monitor results, track progress, and provide feedback on goal achievement and incentive programs.
  • Recommend actions to enhance digital sales performance.
  • Evaluate the impact of process improvements on in-app experiences.

What you bring to the team

This role is perfect for someone who’s both analytical and creative, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to make a real impact in the digital space.

  • Education: Higher education - Economics;
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years digital sales and/or product experience;
  • Computer skills: MsOffice, Databases, Spreadsheets, E-mail, Internet;
  • Foreign language proficiency: English (spoken and written) - fluent;
  • Professional knowledge: Knowledge of market rules and regulations, knowledge of the evolution of the local and international banking market; digital marketing experience Fintech landscape knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Competencies: Decision-making and prioritization skills, commercial skills, analytical and synthesis capacity, results-oriented focus, ability to build and maintain efficient collaborative relationships (at any level), customer-oriented attitude and mindset, professionalism, integrity.
