Role summary

As part of a global, cross-functional environment, you will design, build, and operate automation solutions powered by Ansible and modern DevOps tooling.

You’ll work closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable platforms that support enterprise-wide initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and operate automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform
  • Build and maintain reusable playbooks for RHEL-based systems and middleware
  • Automate installation, configuration, and lifecycle management of platforms
  • Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
  • Collaborate with international teams to define best practices and standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes

About the team

You’ll be part of multiple globally distributed squads working in a collaborative DevOps culture. These squads bring together Product Owners, Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Backend Engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.

The environment encourages knowledge sharing, ownership, and experimentation—giving you the space to grow while contributing to meaningful platform evolution.

Required skills

We’re looking for a mid-to-senior level engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset.

Core requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Ansible and automation in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, platform engineering, and infrastructure automation
  • Experience with RHEL systems and middleware/web servers
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Ansible Tower, or similar
  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or equivalent)
  • Ability to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Confidence working in international, cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  • Experience with container or web server technologies (e.g., NGINX, Tomcat)
  • Background in Linux system administration or security compliance
