Your role & work environment

As part of strengthening its Business Banking Real Estate department, ING Luxembourg is reinforcing its Real Estate team within Business Banking with a "specialist" profile.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage the portfolio of local and cross-border Real Estate business clients.
  • Prepare and present loan files to the credit committee.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders in the client relationship to ensure appropriate follow-up not only in terms of loan files but also reporting (CDD, regulatory, administrative, etc.), all in a timely manner.
  • Develop a network and represent the bank at events organized by ING or Luxembourgish companies or institutions to develop privileged relationships and integrate into the Luxembourgish economic fabric.

As a Business Banker – Real Estate, you will also need:

  • A University degree (Economics, Finance, Law) and/or solid experience in the banking sector of at least 3 to 5 years related to legal entities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and the legal, fiscal, and social environment of local and cross-border companies.
  • Expertise in all products (loans, deposits, payments, guarantees, etc.) for the business segment and in-depth knowledge of financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in common computer/productivity tools (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • A proactive approach towards the tasks at hand in order to deliver on time.
  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish and any other language is considered an asset.
