ING Luxembourg Wholesale Banking Department is looking for a Client Services Intern. The internship will start at the beginning of June 2025 and will last at least 6 months.

Your Mission:


The Wholesale Banking department is responsible for managing and developing relationships with corporate clients (Real Estate, Large Corporate, Financial Institutions and Institutional Clients). It offers them financial solutions based on the entire range of services offered by the ING Group.

As a Financial Institutions Intern or as a Real Estate, Large Corporate Intern, your main tasks will be to:
•    Manage a portfolio of clients in collaboration with the Account Managers
•    Actively participate in the achievement of the department's commercial objectives
•    Identify sales-leads and develop cross-selling of products such as electronic banking, foreign exchange, etc
•    Ensure the day-to-day banking follow-up of clients by providing daily support to the teams in charge of relations (analysis, data management, client events, research, manage the entry into relations with new clients, follow up on payments, respond to clients' expectations and needs via telephone and email

•    Work on KYC (Know Your Customer) and administrative matters as such collecting and analyzing forms, following-up with the clients the administrative requests, creating reports, etc



Your profile:


Competencies / Behaviour:
•    Good team spirit and commercial sense
•    High level of communication
•    Real interest in the world of financial institutions and corporates
•    Autonomy and proactivity
•    Proficiency in computer and office automation tools, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and PowerPoint


Experience:
•    Studies in Economics/ Finance or Customer Relationship Management
•    A first experience in the financial sector will be considered an asset


 Languages:
•    Fluency in French and in English is mandatory
