INTERNSHIP - Customer Service (Branch Network)

To support the teams in our branch network, we are looking for an intern to assist with customer service. This internship is for a duration of 6 months, starting in September 2025. Please note that only applicants who can provide an internship agreement from their school will be considered.

Your Mission:

As a branch intern, you will gain hands-on experience interacting with ING Luxembourg clients in our branches. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients in the branches
  • Handling returned mail (customer responses, mail returned by the post office, etc.)
  • Ensuring the proper execution of all administrative and/or operational tasks necessary for the smooth running of the service
  • Providing day-to-day banking support to the team

Your Profile:

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) with a focus in economics or finance.
  • First experience in the financial sector will be considered an asset

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and commercial skills
  • Genuine interest in the world of financial institutions and businesses
  • Autonomy and proactivity
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in IT and office tools, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet

Languages:

  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English is essential
  • Knowledge of any other community language (Luxembourgish, Dutch, German, etc.) will be considered an asset
