ING Lease, a subsidiary of ING Luxembourg, is looking for a motivated one-year apprentice/intern to join its Middle Office department.

This apprenticeship or internship must be completed within the framework of an internship agreement, and the position is available from September 2025 onwards.

Job Description:

The Middle Office team, currently composed of two people, acts as an interface between the sales and accounting departments. As such, the team's main responsibilities can be divided into two areas.

On the administrative side, the main responsibilities are:

• Incoming calls from customers, suppliers, and partners.

• Preparation and monitoring of leasing requests: generating, sending, receiving, and verifying contractual documents with both customers and suppliers (insurance, contracts, legal documents, etc.). Ensuring the completeness of the leasing requests and their regularization.

• Liaising with the bank's sales network and customers regarding the progress of the leasing request or any issues arising during the contract period.

• Assisting sales representatives in implementing their contracts (entry, collection of financial information and KYC when preparing loan applications, etc.) while complying with established procedures and controls.

• Assist the Accounting department in encoding payments, monitoring rents, calculating redemption values, etc.

On the sales side, the main tasks are:

• Developing and monitoring leasing offers and submitting statistics to management

• Supporting the bank's relationship managers in marketing leasing products and monitoring leasing applications.

Profile and required skills:

- 2/3 years of higher education in economics or finance, administrative management, or accounting

- Excellent interpersonal skills for clients and colleagues within the bank's network

- Rigorous and autonomous in managing projects

- Proficiency in computer and office software, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

- Languages: Fluency in spoken and written French is essential; fluency in English is a strong asset.
