Shaped to deliver the People Vision, our Human Resources team consists of three main focus areas: the People Services, our Centers of Expertise and HR Business Partnering.

We are currently recruiting a Learning & Development officer, in our People Services Team to support in providing employees and managers a great experience in their learning & development opportunities and paths.

Job description

The purpose of the Learning & Development Officer role is to play a key role in coordinating the Learning & Development plan and related actions (including training plan, development opportunities...), a key role to help our employees to achieve their business objectives.

Being an HR professional and collaborating tightly with HRBPs and HR Centers of Expertise, this role is instrumental in supporting the HR organization as an “employee centric” service delivery organization, where employees and manager easily find support they are looking for.

As Learning & Development Officer, you will manage the following topics:

  • Participate to the Learning plan definition, in alignment with business needs, regulatory requirements and ING Group guidelines;
  • Be involved in providers’ selection process, running training content and facilitations requests, liaising with external and internal stakeholders and being part of the decision making;
  • Create and monitor reports on training registration and attendance as well as on completion e-learnings, learning hours, learning statistics;
  • Organize learning events and manage participants’ list, invitations, schedules, trainers’ evaluations, invoices;
  • Review learning expenses for management approval and arbitrate the allocation of the costs.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the learning and development solutions by collecting and analysing feedback and identifying how to better meet our internal clients’ needs;
  • Define and deploy solutions that will support the HR Strategy in terms on monitoring of the HR activity

Your Profile:

  • Strong interpersonal & listening skills
  • Organizing & executing in a flawless manner, attention to details
  • Analytical skills and a proved track record in managing complex reporting
  • Sound proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel (VBA is a strong plus)
  • Analysing & Proactivity
  • Fluency in French and in English is mandatory.

Experience:

  • University or College degree;
  • 2+ years in HR matter; Experience in HR processes and operations and in operating with HR Information Systems
  • Experience in Learning & Development is a plus
