The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years.

During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank.

In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop you potential in three key areas:

• Banking Skills
• Personal Growth
• Professional Development

Your key responsibilities:

As a ITP for the Risk Track you will:

ING is on an exciting journey to become a fully digital bank, aiming for seamless, end-to-end processing. Non-Financial Risk Management (NFR) is at the heart of this transformation, ensuring that operational risks (continuity, fraud, information, control, employment, etc) are managed within our risk appetite. Our NFR team is dedicated to maintaining a robust control environment through a risk-based approach that matches the value and criticality of our processes.

We oversee global policies and best practices, acting as local experts to challenge and advise on NFR controls. Our team supports risk identification and mitigation to keep risks aligned with our appetite, and we report the NFRD score to ING Group. Additionally, we provide direct support to senior management in ING Spain, focusing on developing and maintaining the non-financial risk management framework, including policy setting and advisory.

This role is all about having a comprehensive and integrated vision of non-financial risks, ensuring effective management across the organization. Join us in shaping the future of banking with a focus on innovation, excellence, and risk management.

• Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies
• Advanced or bilingual knowledge of both English and Spanish.
• Good academic record.
• Bachelor's and Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Courses or certifications in risk management, auditing, or compliance are a plus.
• Analytical: Ability to analyze data and processes, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Communication: Skills to effectively communicate with IT and business teams.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with different departments and hierarchical levels.

Tus responsabilidades clave:

Como parte del Programa Internacional de Talento en el Track de Riesgos, tus responsabilidades serán:

ING está en un emocionante viaje para convertirse en un banco completamente digital, con el objetivo de lograr un procesamiento sin interrupciones de principio a fin. La Gestión de Riesgos No Financieros (NFR) está en el corazón de esta transformación, asegurando que los riesgos operativos se gestionen dentro de nuestro apetito de riesgo. Nuestro equipo de NFR se dedica a mantener un entorno de control robusto a través de un enfoque basado en riesgos que se ajusta al valor y la criticidad de nuestros procesos.

Supervisamos políticas globales y mejores prácticas, actuando como expertos/as locales para desafiar y asesorar sobre controles NFR. Nuestro equipo apoya la identificación y mitigación de riesgos para mantener los riesgos alineados con nuestro apetito, y reportamos la puntuación NFRD al Grupo ING. Además, brindamos apoyo directo a la alta dirección en ING España, enfocándonos en desarrollar y mantener el marco de gestión de riesgos no financieros, incluyendo la definición de políticas y asesoramiento.
