Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Tech Finance Specialist to join our CoE of Governance and Operational excellence in the Team of Tech Finance

The responsibility of this team is to guarantee governance, effectiveness and consistency in operational execution and transversal activities within the CIO Domain, to meet our strategy and targets.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Tech Finance Specialist you will:

-Perform monthly financial closing activities, cash flow and expense analysis, ensuring the accuracy of the actuals.

-Facilitate, support, and consolidate the budgeting and forecasting processes.

-Monitor costs and carry out all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions.

-Support on Business Case construction for new initiatives.

-Simplify processes to achieve operational efficiency.

-Manage the purchase orders processes to properly account for IT spend.

We expect you, with all these responsibilities, to ultimately contribute to the Tech and Finance strategy of the Bank.

Estamos buscando una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro CoE de Governance and Operational Excellence en el equipo de Tech Finance.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es garantizar la gobernanza, la eficacia y la coherencia en la ejecución operativa y las actividades transversales dentro del dominio CIO, con el fin de cumplir nuestra estrategia y nuestros objetivos.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como Tech Finance Specialist:

• Realizar actividades mensuales de cierre financiero, análisis de flujo de caja y gastos, garantizando la precisión de los datos reales.
• Facilitar, dar soporte y consolidar los procesos de elaboración de presupuestos y previsiones.
• Supervisar los costes y llevar a cabo todos los análisis necesarios para identificar riesgos y oportunidades, así como proponer las acciones adecuadas.
• Dar soporte en la elaboración de Business Cases para nuevas iniciativas.
• Simplificar procesos para lograr una mayor eficiencia operativa.
• Gestionar los procesos de órdenes de compra para contabilizar correctamente el gasto de TI.

Esperamos que, con todas estas responsabilidades, contribuyas en última instancia a la estrategia de Tecnología y Finanzas del Banco.
