Job Details

Responsible for uploading and maintaining training programs in the LMS, maintaining training records, creating reports and supporting the business with other training administration requirements

If you are good at:

  • Working with HR Shared Services operations to supporting learning administration and logistics coordination
  • Responding to learner’s requests and queries via a case management system
  • Submitting reports on training activities and results
  • Recommending process improvements
  • Booking and setting up virtual and face-to-face training sessions
  • Contributing and updating knowledge management articles
  • Reviewing process maps related to Learning administration and coordination processes
  • Planning, coordinating and consulting with stakeholders to ensure delivery in a consistent and effective manner

If you are a professional who possesses the following criteria:

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal at all levels and ability to work in multicultural workplace
  • Customer and result oriented team player with good track record of working with cross functional teams
  • 1-2 years working experience as a Learning or HR Administrator
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Experience and foundational understanding of Learning & Development (HR) processes a plus
  • Intermediate in technology, proven analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and strive to deliver result under tight deadline
  • Experience in MS office suites (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Words)
  • Experience in learning systems (i.e. My Learning, ILC)
  • Experience in ticketing systems (i.e. Service Now) and HR systems (i.e. Workday) is a plus
