Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Analyst, you will:

  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of sourcing documents.
  • Use artifact specific checklists and techniques to verify the quality of the artifacts.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or issues identified during testing.
  • Support Quality Control team to setup exhaustive checklists for new artifacts.
  • Maintain detailed records of testing procedures and results.
  • Generate quality control reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor implementation of the mitigating actions and improvements resulting from quality control.
  • Perform central data cleansing activities to accelerate data quality remediation.
  • Support with project management activities related to quality, maintaining forms and trackers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for artifact testing and quality control.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into the quality control process.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to artifact testing.
  • Provide feedback to sourcing teams to enhance the quality of future documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Center of Expertise procedures and methodologies in Quality Control.

Key Capabilities/Experience (3-5 bullet points)

  • A graduate with 3-4 years’ experience in quality management.
  • Strong eye for detail and meticulous in executing quality control testing.
  • Hands-on mentality in a data-driven environment.
  • Data analysis skills are highly desirable.
  • A self-starter with a good ability to work in a global team across various locations.
  • Can deliver commitments on time.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills in English.
