Title: Opportunity Wholesale Banking Products Associate

Wholesale banking is the engine that drives the profitability of our business. We operate in small, close-knit teams to meet the financing needs of governments, corporations and financial institutions. It’s a fast paced, deal-driven environment that demands analytical skills and plenty of initiative with agile working culture.

You’ll quickly familiarise yourself with our clients’ businesses and the sectors they operate in. Within a few months, you’ll be contributing analysis and recommendations that will inform important decisions.

You’ll have the support of senior colleagues, but how you achieve your objectives is up to you. Along the way, you’ll learn the fundamentals of corporate financing deals. You’ll also master the art of negotiation and relationship management: skills that will benefit you for life.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a correct, complete and timely processing of all Operations Control activities.
  • Develop skills to perform various structured operational tasks in a standard work environment
  • Solve simple to complex problems by using standard procedures
  • Adaptive to systems and technical innovations
  • Works under close supervision; receives instruction, guidance and direction from a senior team member
  • Very attentive to details

If you are:

Education(preferred):

  • Management of Financial Institution, Economics, Accounting, Financial Markets
  • Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Management

Relevant university experience:

  • Internship is preferred (Banking/International experience)

Functional experience:

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion, judgment and work with a degree of autonomy;
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and positive attitude;
  • Knowledge on Financial Products
  • Analytical thinking (breaking down into smaller pieces)
  • Learning Agility
  • Orange Code Behaviors
