La figura di Customer Journey Expert riporta al Product Lead dell’area Mutui all’interno della Tribe Mortgages & Protection. La risorsa si occupa dello sviluppo dei prodotti/servizi con riferimento al mutuo, è responsabile del monitoraggio del posizionamento di prodotto e dell’implementazione delle iniziative commerciali finalizzate alla vendita, attraverso l’analisi della concorrenza e il monitoraggio dei KPI di processo, assicurando il coinvolgimento e l’allineamento di tutte le parti coinvolte.

Key Responsibilities       

  • Supportare la definizione ed implementazione della strategia di prodotto (vendita, processi, prezzo, canali) 

  • Disegnare, in accordo con in canali commerciali, i processi cliente per il prodotto Mutuo e promuove azioni di process improvement collaborando con le diverse aree impattate

  • Collaborare allo sviluppo di prodotti e processi end-to-end 

  • Monitorare i KPI di prodotto al fine di identificare azioni volte ad aumentare la profittabilità

  • Responsabile della fase implementativa delle iniziative riguardanti i prodotti/servizi fornendo i requisiti di prodotto/processo 

  • Responsabile della stesura della documentazione (change business requirement) necessaria per le implementazioni di prodotto

  • Collaborare con gli altri membri del team al fine di garantire sinergia e coerenza all’intero processo commerciale

  • Gestire i rapporti con società terze coinvolte nei progetti e nella gestione dei prodotti

Educational Qualifications

  • Laurea o percorso di studi equivalente

Work Experience and skills

  • Technical skills

    • Spiccate capacità di problem solving

    • Ottime capacità analitiche

    • Conoscenza del prodotto Mutuo 

    • Conoscenza della regolamentazione bancaria (in particolare del prodotto Mutuo)

    • Conoscenza della regolamentazione bancaria in riferimento alle tematiche ESG (considerato un plus)

    • Precedenti esperienze lavorative nel settore bancario o simili

    • È necessaria una comprensione del mercato bancario nel dettaglio, benchmark e panoramica dei concorrenti

  • Soft Skills

    • Buone capacità relazionali

    • Conoscenza avanzata di MS Office (es. Excel e PowerPoint)

    • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata
