Job Description:

Within the HR team of ING Italy, the intern will contribute to the labour relations activities, reporting to the Labour Relations Officer and working in close cooperation with/supporting HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Ssupport in managing handling the relationship with trade unions, including the organization and preparation of union meetings (issues analysis, legal insights, drafting of meeting minutes and preparation of agreements)

  • Offer legal Aadviceory for matters related to on labour law and banking  matters with specific reference to the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Credit Sector collective agreement

  • Assist Support in the handlingmanagement of disciplinary procedures and any legal labour-related disputes in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external labour law legal advisors consultants

  • Keep relations with external legal consultanMonitor and conduct Analyze in depth analysis of updates in labour legislation and law updates  case law, ensuring timely communication to and share them with HR colleagues

  • Review and update employment contracts and internal company policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.

  • Provide legal support on matters related to occupational health and safety.

Educational Qualifications

  • Degree in Law (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Interest in labour law and trade union relations

  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken

  • Good communication skills

  • Proactive and goal-oriented

  • Ability to work in a team
