Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join Tribe Protection within the Private Individuals area. Tribe Protection is responsible for the development of Insurance products and for overseeing and governing business processes associated with the existing product portfolio, including product management, marketing, and issue management and resolution. The candidate will support the team in the development of the relevant products/services, monitor product positioning, and contribute to the implementation of commercial initiatives aimed at driving sales through competitive analysis. They will also be responsible for tracking key KPIs, ensuring the involvement and alignment of all relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to project delivery through functional analysis, collection of business and technical requirements, and the design of solutions centred on the end-to-end customer journey
  • Support the management and continuous improvement of business processes (processes and procedures, market and business analysis, business case development, and reporting)
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing and product promotion initiatives- Contribute to the tracking of milestones, deliverables, and KPIs 
  • Participate in workshops

Competencies:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field 

- Strong organizational and analytical skills 

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus 

- Interest in digital transformation, financial services, and digital banking 

- Fluent in English

- Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
