Tech Specialist
We are looking for a candidate to join our Tech area in a dynamic and innovative environment. Our technology department is responsible for the continuous development and improvement of our technological and digital solutions, ensuring they are always cutting-edge and meet business needs.

Key responsibilities
Support technical and digital activities, focusing on innovation and efficiency.
Analyze and interpret data to optimize processes and strategies.
Collaborate with various teams to develop solutions that align with business needs.
Contribute to the management, maintenance, and improvement of technological tools and platforms.
Apply methodologies to ensure the quality, security, and reliability of services.
Collaborate with the business to understand their needs and translate them into effective technological solutions.
Requirements
Degree (a master's is considered a plus).
Good knowledge of the Office suite.
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
Curiosity and willingness to learn.
Attention to details and analytical skills
Duration: Permanent
Location: Milan (hybrid)
