ING Hubs Bratislava is a servicing hub providing transactional & banking operations services for ING’s global wholesale clients. These are exciting times for us as we are now also starting to offer more and more complex knowledge work in design and consultancy roles. We are part of the Ing Hubs organization which consists of servicing hubs around the globe. Our vision is to centralize the processing activities of ING to these servicing hubs to help harmonize and standardize products and processes in order to give an outstanding and differentiating client experience to all clients of ING worldwide.

To support this growth and harmonization we are now looking to expand our Intelligent Automation team in Bratislava. The mission of the team is to accelerate the identification, analysis and execution of intelligent automation activities, while delivering efficiency, consistency and quality improvements to our banking operations worldwide.

In this role you will be involved in global projects and will be part of a rapidly growing Automation community within ING and contribute to continuous quality and performance improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes to identify intelligent automation and AI opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various business domains and countries to gather business needs and requirements and define “as-is” & “to-be” process states
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including but not limited to business case and process definition documents (PDD)
  • Promote automation initiatives by identifying new opportunities with major efficiency gains and improvement potential
  • Work effectively with developers to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide ad-hoc reports to senior management to highlight progress on high-priority and critical automation use cases
  • Ensure automation solutions are seamlessly implemented by proactively reviewing and recommending changes to overall operating model

Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement predominantly in intelligent automation projects/programs
  • Proficiency & experience in market-leading intelligent automation tools, including but not limited to robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent document processing (IDP), natural language processing (NLP), AI/ML, rapid application building, process mining
  • Experience with creating process flow diagrams (with commonly known BPMN tooling)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to understand business processes and translate/document clearly
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders and technical team members
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Service mentality and passion for working and developing in an innovative team
  • Entrepreneurial work style, in which you regularly step “outside the walls” of your role to drive innovative thinking
  • Fluent in English

Wage (gross)

2320 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
