There is a great opportunity to join the ONE and only international expert centre (ING Hubs Slovakia) for ING international bank.

Our local HR department is looking for experienced HR professional, who would collaborate with our HR Experts to bring to life a differentiating employee experience. The main goal here is to improve employees' experience across the employee life cycle by improving effectiveness, quality and speed of delivery, while ensuring to be compliant and cost-efficient.

Your responsibilities:

  • Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
  • Contribute to the management of partnering relationships with internal clients, building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans

Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards. OR identify, within the team, patterns of non-compliance with the organization's policies and procedures, and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, taking appropriate action to report and resolve these and escalating issues as appropriate
  • Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.
  • Contribute to the drafting of HR frameworks and tools within an area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements

Wage (gross)
From 1 700 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.

Personality requirements and skills

  • Minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience preferably in HR corporate environment
  • C1 English, any other language skills is appreciated
