ING Hubs Bratislava is a servicing hub providing transactional & banking operations services for ING’s global wholesale clients. As we expand our Intelligent Automation capabilities, we are looking for a skilled and proactive RPA Operator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of automation solutions across ING’s operations.

You will be part of a global automation community, working closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to support and enhance automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support RPA bots and automation solutions in production environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents or bugs in collaboration with developers and business teams.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and operational runbooks.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose enhancements or preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with product owners and analysts to ensure smooth handover and deployment of new automations.
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support infrastructure and platform-related tasks for RPA and low-code tools.
  • Contribute to reporting and performance tracking of automation solutions using tools like MS Excel, Power Query or Power BI.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Apply DevOps practices to automation lifecycle management, understanding concept of  CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
  • Promote automation affinity across teams by identifying opportunities for process improvement and advocating for scalable automation solutions.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in RPA operations or support roles, preferably with Automation Anywhere (v11/A360).
  • Familiarity with low-code and automation platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and Python.
  • Good understanding of data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps) is highly desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Passion for automation and continuous improvement, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Exposure to process mining tools like Celonis is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of SQL and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) is highly desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Passion for automation and continuous improvement, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Wage (gross) 2.321 EUR/month/gross

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
