We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and strategic Program Manager to become part of our high-profile Transformation and Change team.

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction by collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive growth, foster innovation, and successfully implement key initiatives that contribute to organizational excellence and long-term success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-line business, with experience in the Business Banking domain preferred.

Our Program Managers lead and oversee the execution of complex, cross-business programs, driving impactful change in areas such as regulatory requirements, digital transformation, product and process enhancement, and organizational improvements.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with Sponsors, Initiative Owners, and Delivery Tribes to translate strategic priorities and investment allocations into actionable program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead and coordinate multiple delivery streams including Business Design, Technology, Change Management, Risk, and PMO ensuring integrated execution and alignment across all functions.

  • Establish and mobilize cross-functional teams for program execution, engaging internal, global, and third-party resources in consultation with Initiative Owners and Technology leads.

  • Partner with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with board-level and global governance requirements.

  • Drive the full lifecycle of program delivery, from mobilization to execution, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, delivery frameworks, and realization of defined benefits in line with strategic goals.

What are we looking for?

  • 8+ years of experience managing complex projects across diverse domains in financial services with preference to front line business and business banking demonstrating deep industry knowledge and adaptability.

  • Proven ability to lead and deliver multiple high-value projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Skilled in managing and influencing a wide range of stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

  • Demonstrated success in building, leading, and motivating cross-functional and matrixed teams.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Management of Portfolios, PMI, Prince 2, AIPM)
