We’re looking for a Senior Remuneration Regulations Consultant to join our high-performing Performance & Reward team.

In this highly visible role, you’ll report to the Head of Performance & Reward and lead the ongoing review and development of remuneration governance practices. You’ll play a key role in shaping and embedding CPS511 regulatory requirements and supporting the implementation of accountability regimes across ING Australia.

What you’ll do

  • Designing and maintaining the Banking Executive Accountability Regime (BEAR) Framework
  • Managing key governance artefacts including Accountability Statements, Maps, and Fit & Proper registers
  • Partnering with Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and uplift capability
  • Providing expert advice and training to managers on remuneration and performance governance
  • Contributing to global Performance & Reward strategies as part of ING’s Community of Expertise

What we’re looking for

  • An individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings deep expertise in remuneration governance.
  • 5+ years’ experience in remuneration, risk management or governance roles within APRA-regulated or listed entities
  • Proven experience working with senior executives and boards
  • Strong understanding of ASX governance practices and public disclosure requirements
  • Experience implementing reward programs and navigating regulatory frameworks (BEAR experience highly regarded)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
